Safe operating procedures of automatic ladle of die casting machine:
1.Corresponding guards should be specified when programming inside the range of motion of manipulators so that the robot can be halted in an emergency. Please refrain from using the robot while wearing gloves. While moving the robot, please do it slowly so that it may be halted quickly in an emergency.
2. Operators need to be familiar with how to push the emergency stop buttons on the robot controller and peripheral controller precisely in an emergency.
3. Never assume that a robot's unchanging condition means the program is complete. The input signal to move the static robot is likely to be received.
Manual operation: manual automatic replacement:
1. Manual arm movement:
Change the direction of extrusion to (forward), level soup spoon, and move the arm to where the soup injection will stop. If you reverse the extrusion direction, the arm will return to its original place where soup noodles were being identified. The forward or reverse action is suspended once the detection bar is disconnected or detected.
2. Soup injected manually:
The spoon will point in the direction of the note soup when the direction of the next charge is switched to it. Keep in mind that the soup's action position is determined by either the arm's low back position or the forward limit of the soup to be poured.
3. Manual soup:
When the direction of the charge is switched to (take soup), the spoon will be slanted in the direction of the soup. The position of the soup action is from the arm back to the slow surface detection between the soup.
