1.When use of cylinders, an operating temperature range of 5 to 60 °C is perfect; sealing must be taken into consideration when this range is exceeded; Accidents may happen if the surrounding temperature is below 5 °C because water in the circuit freezes, hence freezing prevention should be taken into account;
2.Avoid using the cylinder in corrosive environments as it might be damaged or perform poorly;
3.Clean, low-moisture compressed air must be utilized;
4.Cutting fluid, coolant, dust, and splashes are not acceptable working conditions for the cylinder; A dust cover must be attached to the cylinder if usage in this environment is required;
5.If the cylinder is left unused for an extended period of time, it should be operated on a regular basis and maintained with oil to avoid corrosion.
6. When disassembling and reassembling objects connected to the cylinder shaft end, the cylinder must be pushed into position (the cylinder shaft center cannot be pulled out for disassembly and rotation), evenly locked under equal force, and manually pushed until no interference is confirmed before starting gas supply.
