The first generation of BORUNTE rotary cup atomizer was based on the principle of using an air motor to drive the rotary cup to rotate at high speed. When the paint enters the rotary cup, it is subjected to centrifugal force to form a conical paint film. The serrated protrusion on the edge of the rotary cup will divide the paint film on the edge of the rotary cup into small droplets. When these droplets fly out from the edge of the rotary cup, they are subjected to the action of atomized air, ultimately forming a uniform and fine mist. Afterwards, the paint mist is formed into a columnar shape by shape-forming air and high-voltage static electricity. Mainly used for electrostatic spraying of paint on metal products. The rotary cup atomizer has higher efficiency and better atomization effect, and the measured paint utilization rate can reach more than twice that of traditional spray guns.
