    BRTV13WDS5P0/F0 series applies to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 320T-700T for take-out products and sprue. The installation is different from traditional beam robots, products are placed at the end of injection molding machines. It has a double arm. The vertical arm is a telescopic stage and the vertical stroke is 1300mm. Five-axis AC servo drive. After installation, the installation space of the ejector can be saved by 30-40%, and the plant can be used more fully allowing better utilization of production space, productivity will be increased by 20-30%, reduce the defective rate, ensure the safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste. Five-axis driver and controller integrated system: fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, good expansion performance, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy of repeated positioning, can simultaneously control multiple axes, simple equipment maintenance, and low failure rate.

    Appearance and description of teaching pendant

    1. State Switch
    The plastic injection moulding manipulator arm's teaching pendant has three statuses: Manual, Stop, and Auto. [Manual]: To enter the Manual mode, move the state switch to the left. [Stop]: To enter the Stop state, move the state switch to the center. Parameters can be set in this stage. [Auto]: To enter the Auto state, move the state switch to the center. Automatic and corresponding settings can be performed in this condition.

    2. Function Buttons
    [Start] button:
    Function 1: In the Auto mode, press "Start" to start the manipulator automatically.
    Function 2: In the Stop state, press "Origin" and then "Start" to restore the manipulator to the origin.
    Function 3: In the Stop state, press "HP" and then "Start" to reset the manipulator's origin.

    [Stop] button:
    Function 1: In Auto mode, press "Stop" and the application will stop when the module has finished. Function 2: When an alert occurs, tap "Stop" in the Auto mode to erase the resolved alarm display.

    [Origin] button: It is only applicable to homing actions. Please refer to Section 2.2.4 "Homing Method".

    [HP] button: Press "HP" and then "Start, all axes will reset in the order of Y1, Y2 Z, X1 and X2, Y1 and Y2 will return to 0, and Z, X1 and X2 will return to the start position of the program.

    [Speed Up/Down] button: These two buttons can be used to adjust the global speed in Manual and Auto state.

    [Emergency Stop] button: In an emergency, pressing the "Emergency Stop" button will turn off all axes and sound the "Emergency Stop" alert. After removing the knob, hit the "Stop" key to silence the alarm.
