Program High-speed injection manipulator procedure:
1.Set the manipulator to the Auto state in step
2. The manipulator returns to the starting position and awaits the opening of the mold by the injection molding machine.
3. Use sucker 1 to extract the completed item.
4. After recognizing the success of picking, the manipulator produces the close mold permit signal and moves out of the mold range along the X and Y axes.
5. The manipulator positions the final product and material scraps in the appropriate locations.
6. Begin the conveyor to operate for three seconds each time a finished item is put on it.
