BRTIRPZ1508A type robot is a four-axis robot developed by BORUNTE,it applies full servo motor drive with fast response and high position accuracy. The maximum load is 8kg, the maximum arm length is 1500mm. Compact structure achieves a wide range of movements, flexible sports, precise.Suitable for dangerous and harsh environments, such as stamping, pressure casting, heat treatment, painting, plastic molding, machining and simple assembly processes. And in the atomic energy industry, completing the handling of hazardous materials and others. It is suitable for punching. The protection grade reaches IP40.     BORUNTE non-magnetic splitter can be used in automated scenarios such as stamping, bending, or other sheet materials that require separation. Its applicable plates include stainless steel plate.aluminum plate,plastic plate, metal plate with oil or film coating on the surface.etc.Using mechanical split.ting, the main push rod is pushed by a cylinder to achieve splitting. The main push rod is equipped with racks,and the tooth pitch varies according to the thickness of the plate. The main push rod has the freedom to move vertically upwards, and when the cylinder pushes the rack through the main push rod to contact the sheet metal, it can freely separate only the first sheet metal and achieve separation.

    The working process of the splitter

    The separation mechanism of the splitter in the prepared state is retracted into the splitter, and the two position five way valve of the splitter is controlled. After everything is ready, two five way single control solenoid valves are energized to work and separate the sheets. The optimal speed required can be achieved by adjusting the throttle valve degree. The order of adjustment is: the speed is slower when pushing out, faster when retracting. Adjust valve A to the minimum state, and then, slowly increase until the distribution stabilizes.

    The separation of the sheet metal begins, and after the cylinder moves, the front magnetic induction switch receives a signal, and the robotic arm begins to grasp. Vacuum of robotic arm
    After the suction cup grabs the product, it transmits a signal to reset the separation mechanism of the splitter. After resetting, the magnetic induction switch at the rear end of the cylinder is activated.
