The main push rod is equipped with racks,and the tooth pitch varies according to the thickness of the plate. The main push rod has the freedom to move vertically upwards, and when the cylinder pushes the rack through the main push rod to contact the sheet metal, it can freely separate only the first sheet metal and achieve separation.

The separation mechanism of the splitter in the prepared state is retracted into the splitter, and the two position five way valve of the splitter is controlled. After everything is ready, two five way single control solenoid valves are energized to work and separate the sheets. The optimal speed required can be achieved by adjusting the throttle valve degree. The order of adjustment is: the speed is slower when pushing out, faster when retracting. Adjust valve A to the minimum state, and then, slowly increase until the distribution stabilizes.

After the suction cup grabs the product, it transmits a signal to reset the separation mechanism of the splitter. After resetting, the magnetic induction switch at the rear end of the cylinder is activated.
