Four axis palletizing robot BRTIRPZ1508A is powered by a complete servo motor that provides quick reaction and great precision. The maximum load capacity is 25kg, and the maximum arm span is 1800mm.     Working principle of sponge suction cups:

    Sponge vacuum suction cups also utilize the principle of vacuum negative pressure to transport objects, mainly using many small holes at the bottom of the suction cup and sponge as a sealing element for vacuum gripping.

    We often use positive pressure in pneumatic systems, such as the pump we use, but sponge vacuum suction cups use negative pressure to extract objects. The most important component in this is the vacuum generator, which is the key to generating negative pressure. A vacuum generator is a pneumatic component that forms a certain degree of vacuum through the flow of compressed air. The compressed air is mainly placed into the vacuum generator through a trachea, and the compressed air is released to produce a strong explosive force, which quickly passes through the inside of the vacuum generator. At this time, it will take away the air entering the vacuum generator from the small hole.

    Due to the very fast speed of compressed air passing through the small hole, a large amount of air is taken away, and the sponge plays a sealing role, thereby generating a vacuum negative pressure in the small hole, which can lift objects through the small hole.
