BRTN17WSS5PC/FC series applies to various types of 600T-1300T plastic injection molding machines, five-axis AC servo drive, with AC servo axis on the wrist. The rotation angle of the A-axis: 360°, and the rotation angle of the C-axis:180°, which can locate and adjust the angle of the fixture freely. Both of them have a long life, high accuracy, low failure rate, and simple maintenance. It is mainly used for quick injection or complex angle injection, especially suitable for long shape products such as automotive products, washing machines, and household appliances. The device is excellent for extracting the completed product and nozzle from a 600T to 1300T horizontal injection molding machine. It’s suitable for removing medium-sized injection molding items such as coil winding tubes, integrated circuit shells, capacitor shells, transformer shells, TV accessories such as tuners, switches, and timer shells, and other soft rubber components.
The manipulator has three operational modes: Manual, Stop, and Auto. Turning the state switch to the left enters Manual mode, allowing the operator to operate the manipulator manually; turning the state switch to the middle enters Stop mode, halting all operations except the origin reset and parameter setting; and turning the state switch to the right and pressing the “Start” button once enters Auto mode.
Regularly check the tightness of nuts and bolts:
One of the primary causes of manipulator failure is the relaxation of nuts and bolts due to the lengthy period of vigorous operation.
1.Tighten the limit switch mounting nuts at the transverse portion, the drawing part, and the front and side arms.
2. Check the tightness of the relay point position terminal in the terminal box between the moving body part and the control box.
3. Securing each brake device.
4. Whether there are any loose bolts that might cause damage to other equipment.
