● On May 9, 2008, Dongguan BORUNTE Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established by Dongguan Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau.
● On October 8, 2013, the company’s name was officially changed to Guangdong BORUNTE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
● On January 24, 2014, Guangdong BORUNTE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd was officially listed on the “New Third Board”.
● On November 28, 2014, BORUNTE Institute of Robotics and BORUNTE Institute of Intelligent Equipment of Guangdong Baiyun University was officially inaugurated.
● On December 12, 2015, Mr. Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and others visited BORUNTE for an in-depth investigation.
● On January 21, 2017, BORUNTE set up a “Love Fund” to help employees in need on a regular basis.
● On April 25, 2017, Dongguan People’s Procuratorate set up the “Public Prosecutor Liaison Station for the Prevention of Duty Crimes in Non-public Enterprises” in BORUNTE.
● On January 11, 2019, the first 1.11 BORUNTE Cultural Festival was held.
● On July 17, 2019, BORUNTE held the foundation laying ceremony for the second phase plant.
● On January 13, 2020, the name of the company was changed to “BORUNTE ROBOT CO., LTD.”.
● On December 11, 2020, Shenzhen Huacheng Industrial Control Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BORUNTE Holdings, was approved to be listed in the National Sme Share Transfer System.
